Today is the International Day for the Abolition of Slavery. The 2022 theme is ‘Stories of Courage: Resistance to Slavery and Unity Against Racism’. Modern Slavery includes (but is not restricted to) sexual servitude, Forced Marriage (including ‘child brides’), forced labour, including debt bondage and child labour.
